Gemma Morgan

Gemma specialises in building leadership capability, partnering with organisations to bring their strategy to life. She is an expert in the design and delivery of experiential courses that identify leadership potential, develop leadership and team performance, and ignite people engagement.

Gemma has 25 years international leadership experience across Business, Elite Sport and the Military. She has consulted across multiple industry sectors from Telecommunications, the NHS and the England and Wales Cricket Board. Gemma began her career as an officer in the British Army and was the first woman to be awarded the Carmen Sword of Honour for outstanding performance. She is a former elite athlete and Wales' Captain.

Today, Gemma is a Fellow of The Institute of Leadership, Master Coach of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS). She is called upon for her expertise on a range of subjects including women in leadership, high performance culture, resilience and what it takes to build a high-performing team.
