Steve’s career began as a British Army officer and included several years working with the Royal Marines and UK Special Forces, both in the UK and abroad on operations, where he gained invaluable experience of operating within high performance organisations in challenging environments. Subsequently he has enjoyed a successful commercial career spanning FTSE 100 companies in Europe, working across the Middle East, and latterly in East Africa, all at C-suite level.
